“Where Every Hour is A Happy Hour” “That’s our motto and we’re sticking with it” says Knotty Pine Pub owner, Jimmy Hill. He’s not certain exactly how the slogan came about, but he’s sure it fits “his humble little place” to a tee. “When people come here, they have a good time. They know I’m here for them,” Jimmy will tell you. He calls this “getting knotty-sized”. It’s like the Twilight Zone…when you get in, you can’t get out! (even better, you don’t want to!).
